Crumbl Cookies is seeking a Crumbl Baker to join our kitchen team and bring our weekly rotating menu of cookies to life. You’ll help bake, measure ingredients, and support a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

No prior baking experience is required—we’ll train you. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to stand for long hours are key; you’ll learn on the job and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• No prior baking experience required — we’ll train you!
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake Crumbl’s signature cookies according to company recipes and standards
• Measure and mix ingredients with accuracy and consistency
• Operate ovens and baking equipment safely
• Assist with dough preparation, portioning, and decorating
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work areas
• Maintain inventory and report low stock levels
• Provide excellent customer service when needed
