About this position

Description: Overview

The Pastry team plays a key role in bringing The Buttery's pastries to life each day. In this role, you'll assist with preparing, scaling, mixing, shaping, baking, and finishing the Buttery's cookies in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen. You'll follow established recipes and production guides, maintain consistency and accuracy in every batch, and help ensure our cookie program runs smoothly from start to finish.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in craftsmanship. You'll support daily production, contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and work closely with the rest of the pastry team to meet deadlines and uphold The Buttery's standards of quality and care.

Key Responsibilities
