Line Cook

As a Line Cook, your main responsibilities will be to prepare our freshly hand‑cut chicken, bread it with our uniquely seasoned mix, fry it to perfection, man the griddle plate for our Texas‑style toast, and grill cheese and bacon for our club sandwiches. Your role is pivotal to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and ensuring guests receive the best possible experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with the front cashier and drive‑thru about the number of customers present.
• Communicate with other cooks on food status and speed.
• Assist with prep.
• Ensure the kitchen remains immaculate, cleaning as often as possible.
• Keep pace with orders from both the front and drive‑thru.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry 55 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications
