Job summary

Mohegan Pennsylvania is seeking a Cook to join a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen where your craft is valued and growth is encouraged.

You’ll prepare quality dishes, follow recipes, and maintain a clean, efficient station while supporting a culture of teamwork and guest satisfaction. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a starting pay of $15 per hour and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of food & beverage experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe food handling practices.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
