The award-winning Hilton Columbus Downtown is looking for a full-time Barista / Market Attendant to join their team!

Nestled in the heart of the Short North Arts District and connected to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, our hotel features two towers with 1,000 guest rooms, 75,000 sq ft of event space, and various dining options.

Located within Hilton Columbus Downtown, our new second tower expansion includes The Market, a grab & go concept in the lobby of tower 402, directly connected to the Convention Center. It offers sandwiches, salads, snacks, sundries, and more for hotel and convention guests. This role oversees all production for Market Supply Co., Provisions on High, and In-Room Dining.

What will I be doing?

As a Barista/Market Attendant, you will greet and serve guests beverages and food, ensuring outstanding service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and responding to requests promptly and courteously
• Brewing, selling, promoting, and preparing beverages according to standards
• Taking orders and inputting them accurately into the POS system
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area
• Processing payments accurately, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates
• Replenishing stock and rotating products
• Securing and storing beverages, food, and equipment
• Depositing cash drops and balancing the bank
