Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen.
• Certificate or associate degree in culinary arts or cooking.
• Food handling certificate from state.
• Knowledge of geriatric diets.
• Experience with cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
• Knowledge of cooking procedures (grilling, baking, boiling).
• Follow sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work in a team.
