Qualifications

• Preferred: Sanitation/Safe Food Handling certification.
• Preferred: prior institutional or healthcare kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes and prepares meals meeting residents' nutritional needs.
• Cooks meals in appropriate quantities and ensures palatability and nutrition.
• Leads kitchen staff during food preparation, service, and storage tasks.
• Maintains a clean and organized kitchen area and compliant with safety regulations.
