• Adapt meals for medically-based or cultural/religious diets.
• Maintain sanitation and health standards daily.
• Maintain required documentation for CACFP compliance.
• Communicate with Nutrition Services Coordinators and vendors.
• Participate in committees and trainings; perform other duties.
