Job summary

Taziki's Café is hiring for Kitchen Team Members in Atlanta. You will prepare fresh items daily, stock stations, and maintain high hygiene standards while delivering great service. Training provided, no prior experience required, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh food items daily and accurately.
• Set up and stocking of stations with all necessary supplies.
• Menu and product knowledge.
• Managing orders efficiently.
• Preparing catering orders.
• Proper food handling and storage of food products.
• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
• Maintaining health department standards throughout each shift.
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas.
• Performing shift-side work to include opening and closing duties.
• Completing all course certifications for Kitchen Team Members in our training platform.

• Obtain a Food Handler’s card shortly after beginning employment

Your Working Conditions/ Hours

A typical work day at Taziki’s may look like:

• Morning shift - 8am - 4pm
• Evenings - 4pm - 10pm
• Weekends - when applicable
• Holidays - when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)

*Hours will vary by store.

You’ll work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor.
