Job summary

Highgate Senior Living is seeking a dedicated team member to support kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, plating, and service, ensuring five-senses dining experiences for residents.

You will follow food safety standards, operate equipment safely, and help with dishwashing and cleanup while engaging residents with a friendly, feedback-driven approach.

Compensation: $19.00–$21.00 per hour

What you’ll do

• Support food prep, cooking, plating, and service


• Follow food safety and sanitation standards


• Operate equipment safely; maintain organization


• Assist with dishwashing, kitchen laundry, cleanup


• Engage residents kindly and help gather feedback

Relatable experience

• Kitchen or dining roles in healthcare/hospitality

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age


• Kitchen experience preferred


• Current negative TB test; background check clearance
