Job summary

The Bistro at Pomegranate Market is seeking an experienced kitchen cook for a full-time role with flexible shifts from Monday through Sunday. ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required.

You will prepare salads, sandwiches, taqueria items, hot bar dishes, soups and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Expect a casual dress code and a relaxed work environment, with health & dental insurance and employee discounts offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a kitchen cook.
• ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads, sandwiches, taqueria items, hot bar items, soups, smoothies and other beverages according to recipes.
• Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, mixers, knives, juicers, dishwashers).
• Maintain cleanliness of prep areas, dining area, tables, counters, salad bar, steam table.
• Replenish supplies and ensure quality standards.
