Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Cook to join our team in the Mid Atlantic region. The role involves preparing hot and cold menu items across grill, sauté, salad-bar and the service line.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper preparation, portioning and serving per standardized recipes; tasting and judging quality and palatability to meet our dining standards. Weekend work is required for weekends coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.
• Must be able to work weekends.
