Reflections Retirement Community in Flora, IL is seeking a part-time dietary services aide to support residents with nutritious meals and compassionate service.

The role requires a ServSafe Manager certification, a High School diploma or GED, and strong interpersonal skills to uphold dignity and safety standards in food service environments. You will prepare diverse menus, maintain kitchen areas, and engage residents with warmth and respect.

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
