Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality food per recipes and schedules.
2. Serve meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation; taste all items.
3. Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
4. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
5. Assist with planning, record-keeping, ordering, and reporting.
6. Report maintenance issues promptly.
7. Attend safety meetings and maintain good team relations.
8. Follow HACCP standards and safety policies.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
