TouchPoint Job Opening: Part-Time Cook

We are hiring immediately for a part-time COOK position at MyMichigan Medical Center Saginaw, located at 800 South Washington Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48601. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Part-time; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. Mostly day shifts, but can vary. Weekends required. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior cooking experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

1. Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and instructions.
2. Serve meals ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Use ticket collection procedures and maintain records.
4. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
6. Assist in planning, record-keeping, and ordering.
7. Report maintenance issues immediately.
8. Attend safety meetings.
9. Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
10. Follow safety standards, including HACCP and proper use of protective equipment.
