Job Description

Salary: Starting at $18.25 to $19.90 per hour
Schedule: Variable shifts including weekends

**Breakfast cook experience is a must!**

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. The preparation of high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
2. Collaborating with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply inventory, ensuring timely procurement, proper storage of leftovers, and accurate inventory maintenance.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should have:

1. At least two years of experience working at all stations in a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
2. Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
3. Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members.
4. Self-motivation, organization, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
5. Strong customer service skills.
