The Cook will:

1. Knowledge and understanding of dietary / cooking techniques
2. Ability to follow dietary orders and recipes
3. Ability to operate kitchen equipment
4. Promote and follow food / dietary sanitation practices
5. Ability to follow state, federal, and facility dietary policies and procedures
6. Promote and facilitate teamwork
7. Demonstrate a high standard of ethics

Cook must have the following:

1. Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
2. Ability to effectively communicate with families, guests, and co-workers
3. Promote a positive environment and teamwork approach
4. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
5. Ability to work every other weekend
6. Hold your Food Handlers certificate
