St. Clair Country Club is looking for motivated and talented Line Cooks for our Pool Snack Bar!

Located eight miles from downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in the heart of the South Hills, St. Clair Country Club is a private Club that provides its Members, their Families and Guests premier golf experience and exceptional social, dining and recreational services.

The Pool operates seven days per week, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The aquatic center offers a swimming pool, kids pool, snack bar and bar. In addition to a busy pool season, the Club has a competitive swim and diving team, as well as after hour swim parties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares all food from menu in accordance with club standards
  • Follows food presentation techniques and standards to ensure consistency and order accuracy
  • Prepares all orders in a timely manner
  • Monitors quality of product and presentation
  • Ensures that work area and equipment are clean, organized and sanitary
  • Identifies product needs to prepare menu
  • Maintains safety in work area according to local and state standards

Required Education, Experience, Certifications:

  • Associates degree in Culinary Arts and/or equivalent professional experience
  • Serve Safe certified preferred
  • Attention to detail and passion for cooking
  • Team player
