Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time cook to join our dining team. You will prepare menu items according to established recipes and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will ensure each dish meets quality expectations, ring orders through the POS, restock the workstation, and complete required training while adhering to Ecosure guidelines and company policies.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines,
• Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.
• Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
• Restocks work station with food products as needed.
• Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department.
• Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
• Completes and abides by all training requirements.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

• Ability to work as a team.
