Job summary

Sweden Valley Manor in Coudersport, PA is seeking a Cook to prepare meals according to the daily menu and diet specifications to ensure smooth daily meal service. Responsibilities include assisting in meal prep, verifying tray tickets, washing and sanitizing dishware, cleaning equipment, and safely operating all food service appliances.

Knowledge includes reading and following instructions; a high school diploma is preferred. ServSafe certification is recommended.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification recommended, or Ohio Dept of Health Level II Certification in Food Protection.
