Job summary

Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe is hiring for Kitchen Team Members in Alabama. You’ll prepare fresh items daily, stock stations, learn the menu, and manage orders with care. Training is provided, no prior experience required beyond motivation and reliability.

You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain high hygiene standards, and participate in shift opening/closing duties while meeting health and safety guidelines. Great team environment and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Preparing fresh food items daily and accurately

• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance
• Maintaining health department standards throughout each shift
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas
• Performing shift-side work to include opening and closing duties
• Completing all course certifications for Kitchen Team Members in our training platform

Your Working Conditions/ Hours:

A typical work day at Taziki’s may look like:

• Morning shift - 8am - 4pm
• Evenings - 4pm - 10pm
• Weekends - when applicable
• Holidays - when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)

*Hours will vary by store.

You’ll work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor.
