Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in Cullman, AL is hiring for Kitchen Team Members. You will prepare fresh items, stock stations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in a fast-paced kitchen. Training is provided, and all are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food items daily and accurately.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Maintain menu and product knowledge.
• Manage orders efficiently and prepare catering orders.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage.
• Maintain hygiene, uniform, and appearance; comply with health standards.
• Clean and maintain kitchen, dish, and prep areas; perform opening/closing duties.
• Complete required course certifications in our training platform.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing fresh food items daily and accurately
• Set up and stocking of stations with all necessary supplies
• Menu and product knowledge
• Managing orders efficiently
• Preparing catering orders
• Proper food handling and storage of food products
• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance
• Maintaining health department standards throughout each shift
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas
• Performing shift-side work to include opening and closing duties
• Completing all course certifications for Kitchen Team Members in our training platform

Your Working Conditions/ Hours:

A typical work day at Taziki’s may look like:

• Morning shift - 8am - 4pm
• Evenings - 4pm - 10pm
• Weekends - when applicable
• Holidays - when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)

*Hours will vary by store.

You’ll work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor.
