Job summary

Advena Living seeks a dedicated Cook for our Long-Term Care and Senior Living community in Topeka, KS. The role offers part-time and full-time schedules with morning through evening shifts to prepare home-style meals for residents.

Experience in healthcare or high-volume food-service is a plus; ServSafe certification is preferred. We provide PTO, health benefits, a 401(k), and overtime/shift-differentials to enhance earnings.

Qualifications

• Cooking experience preferred; healthcare, institutional, or high-volume food-service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and the ability to follow recipes and modified-diet instructions.
• Strong time management, organization, and teamwork.
• ServSafe or equivalent food-safety certification preferred or as required.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
