Job summary

• At least one year of applicable experience is preferred.
• Current knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Must be capable of regular attendance.
• Must meet all local health regulations, including criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.
• Serv Safe Certification preferred.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of daily meals according to menu plan, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage portion control and ensure proper preparation of foods to meet individual needs.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
