Job Summary

The Line Cook ensures high-quality culinary services for Members and Guests by supporting a la carte and private event food production, maintaining consistent food prep and presentation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive and Sous Chefs with tasks, working efficiently to meet business needs.
• Set up and stock food items and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation, handle food properly, and ensure correct storage.
• Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.

About You

• Prior experience as a Cook.
• Knowledge of broiler, pantry, and sauté stations.
• Experience in a country club or restaurant preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
