Zaxby's Town Center & Sigman Rd is hiring a Cook / Kitchen Team Member in Covington, GA. Earn $10–$16/hr with free meals, flexible schedules, and paid training. No experience needed—we'll train the right people.

As a Cook/Kitchen Team Member, you will help prepare meals, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and support a fast-paced team environment. Growth opportunities are available as you develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items following Zaxby's recipes and quality standards.
• Assemble guest orders accurately and quickly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.
• Receive, stock, and rotate inventory.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Safely operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
• Work as part of a team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Keep workstations stocked and ready throughout your shift.

What You’ll Do
