Zaxby's is hiring a Cashier / Front of House Team Member in Covington, GA. Earn $10–$16/hour with flexible schedules, free meals, and growth opportunities. No experience needed—we train the right people to deliver friendly, fast, guest-centered service.

Responsabilités

• Welcome every guest with a smile and provide exceptional service.
• Take guest orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Answer menu questions and recommend items.
• Assemble and package guest orders accurately.
• Keep dining area and front counter clean and welcoming.
• Stock condiments, beverages, and front counter supplies.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow all food safety and company operating standards.

What You'll Do

As a Cashier / Front of House Team Member, you'll be the first impression our guests have of Zaxby's. Your friendly attitude, attention to detail, and great customer service help create memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome every guest with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.


• Take guest orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.


• Handle cash and credit card transactions.


• Answer menu questions and recommend menu items.


• Assemble and package guest orders accurately.


• Keep the dining room, beverage station, front counter, and restrooms clean and welcoming.


• Stock condiments, beverages, paper goods, and front counter supplies.


• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered quickly.


• Follow all food safety and company operating standards.
