Zaxby's in Conyers, GA is hiring a Cook / Kitchen Team Member. Earn $10–$16 per hour with flexible full-time and part-time schedules, and enjoy free meals while you work. No restaurant experience needed—the training you need is provided.

You'll help prepare tasty menu items, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and work as part of a fast-paced team. We offer on-the-job training, growth opportunities, and advancement from within to help you build a rewarding career.

Formación

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items following Zaxby's recipes and quality standards.
• Assemble guest orders accurately and quickly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.
• Receive, stock, and rotate inventory.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Safely operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
• Work as part of a team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Keep workstations stocked and ready throughout your shift.
