Job summary

The Wellbridge Group is hiring a Dietary Aide to join our EPIC Culinary team in Romeo, MI. You will help prepare meals, plate dishes, assemble patient trays, and assist with serving and delivering trays to rooms while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

We value excellent customer service, teamwork, and a compassionate approach to patient care as part of our EPICteam. This is a full-time position with rotating weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or dietary support is preferred.
• Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to follow food safety and dining room guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and plating per guidelines.
• Plate food and assemble patient trays for service.
• Assist with serving and delivering trays to rooms.
• Support daily kitchen and dining area cleaning.
• Promote hospitality and positive interactions with guests and families.

You will earn: Starting wages at $16.00 per hour!

• Starting wages $15.15 per hour

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 8 hour shiftsinclude rotating weekends and some holidays
• FULL TIME

How you will help people every day:

• You will assist with preparing meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
• You will plate food and assemble trays
• You may assist with serving in the dining room or delivering trays to rooms
• You will assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen and dining areas
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

• Experience with food services preferred
