Job summary

WellBridge of Romeo is seeking a dedicated cook/food service team member to prepare meals under the supervision of the Executive Chef. You will coordinate production to meet serving times, assist with plate assembly, and help maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.

This full-time role offers rotating shifts, no late nights, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience in food service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following safety and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate food production to align with meal serving times.
• Assist with tray line setup and plate assembly.
• Assist with daily cleaning and sanitation of kitchen spaces.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with guests and families.

Our cooks prepare amazing and nourishing meals for our guests and ensure the highest quality standards of food service and the best culinary experience are provided at all times. They work closely with the Executive Chef to create and review menus, prepare food, and ensure the meals are prepared in accordance with established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and established policies and procedures.

You will earn: $17.85 per hour starting wages

• Starting Wages $17.00 / hour
