Job summary

WellBridge of Novi is seeking a Cook to join its Epic Culinary team. The position offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for wage progression, with rotating weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities include meal prep, coordinating production with serving times, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and at least two years of related food experience, preferably in a medical facility.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• At least 2 years of related food experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility, with strong knowledge of food procedures.

• Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance.
• Assist with tray line setup and plate assembly.
• Assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors.
