Job summary

Canyon Ranch is seeking a Culinarian to join Truth and Tonic's culinary team in Las Vegas. You will help prepare fresh, organic ingredients and assist with hot foods or ready-to-eat products for our guests while maintaining kitchen standards.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of cooking experience and a mature, outgoing attitude. You will learn our cooking style and adhere to Health Code procedures, partnering with pastry bakers and prep cooks to deliver vibrant cuisine.

Responsibilities

Are you a well-rounded Culinarian with passion for creativity? As a member of our culinary team, at Truth and Tonic you will have the opportunity to work with the freshest, clean, organic ingredients, techniques and presentations that make us exceptional. You will be primarily responsible for assisting the preparation of either hot food or ready to eat products for our guests as well as maintaining kitchen sanitation to Healthy Department standards. You will work closely with our pastry bakers and prep cooks to produce vibrant and appetizing cuisine for our gues

Qualifications

2-3 years of cooking experience, don't worry, we will train you on our style of cooking. If you are looking to work where someone cares about what a guest eats, then this is where you should be.
