• Experience preparing breakfast items, vegetables, meats, and sauces.
• Knowledge of buffet setups and line cooking.
• Able to bend, lift up to 20 pounds and stand for shifts.
• Able to read production sheets and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Follow production sheets to order and produce items efficiently.
• Set up buffet stations with hot and cold items.
• Monitor inventory and replenish ingredients as needed.
• Ensure all foods meet health and safety standards.
• Maintain sanitation and grooming standards at all times.
