Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary training/certification as Cook from a recognized school.
• Knowledge of Food Service Sanitation Standards.
• Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Set up and organize work area with all necessary supplies and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and store food products ensuring freshness and quality.
• Prepare and cook menu items following standardized recipes.
• Adhere to portion control to minimize waste and maintain standards.
• Plate cold foods according to guidelines and monitor service timing.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
• Communicate with supervisor about delays or equipment issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Support team with closing duties and end-of-shift tasks.
