Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Yountville, CA is seeking a Line Cook to prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides. You will work closely with the Sous Chef/Station Cook I to review assignments and anticipate daily business levels.

You will start prep for items needed for the day's menu, assist Line Cooks throughout the shift, set up stations with mis en place, and maintain proper storage procedures in line with Health Department and hotel requirements.
