The Breakers Palm Beach is looking for a Cook II to safely and efficiently prepare high-volume orders in a professional, team-focused kitchen. You will follow established recipes while adhering to required food safety regulations and maintain a friendly, can-do attitude in a fast-paced setting.

As a Cook II, you’ll be part of a disciplined culinary team, ensuring high-quality dishes, proper station setup, and clean, safe work practices that contribute to guest satisfaction and smooth kitchen

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior culinary experience in a relevant position is preferred.
• Familiarity with a la carte food preparation and safe handling of kitchen equipment is required.
• Basic understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP cleaning standards is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and safety are essential.
• Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a pleasant and positive attitude.
