Job summary

Trilogy Lake Norman is seeking a Cook 2 for Twin Mills Club near Charlotte, NC. The role involves food preparation, cooking, and serving under the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in a busy hospitality environment.

We offer full-time employment with medical, dental and life insurance benefits starting after 60 days, 120 hours PTO per year, seven paid holidays, and 401(k) eligibility after 30 days of service. Flexible evenings and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years in a commercial kitchen.
• Current Food Handlers card.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups.

Responsibilities

• Work and master one kitchen station and take personal responsibility.
• Ensure superior service standards for guests and staff.
• Proactively exceed guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow daily cleaning Schedule and sanitation practices.
• Read and apply cooking instructions; work with various techniques.
• Prepare vegetables, meats, soups, gravies, desserts, sauces and casseroles.
• Carve, portion, garnish, and present plates as orders are filled.
• Other duties as assigned.
