Job summary

You will label and store leftovers, communicate with team leaders, and participate in ongoing training to maintain cleanliness and efficiency in a 9-month-per-year operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 year of food service experience.
• Ability to lift 10–25 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, display, and serve hot and cold ingredients and food items in a safe, sanitary manner.
• Serve and restock food, beverages, condiments, dishes, and other items.
• Complete required logs and charts, date and label all foods, ingredients, and leftovers.
• Clean, sanitize, and store all pots, pans, utensils, and other equipment.
• Keep work areas neat and sanitized; maintain HACCP compliance.
• Assist with maintenance of dining halls and support staff as needed.
