You will interact with guests, follow standardized recipes, and participate in cashier duties when needed, maintaining cleanliness and food safety throughout shifts.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year in a professional kitchen or food service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a professional kitchen or food service environment preferred.
• Must place emphasis on a high level of guest service.
• Knowledge of kitchen/restaurant sanitation and safe handling of food and alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Cook/Cashier position interacting with guests in a food outlet on the gaming floor.
• Follow standardized recipes and maintain food safety procedures.
• Keep stations clean and ensure proper food storage and handling.
• Handle cashier duties when assigned to a mobile/QSR outlet.
• Cross-train to all kitchens and outlets on property and assist with daily production planning.
• Lift and move up to 40–50 pounds and support opening/closing procedures.
