  • Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, or hors d'oeuvres to standards set by the Executive Chef.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Assist in training new Buffet Cooks.
  • Must be able to stand for a full shift.
  • Exhibit friendly, helpful, and courteous manners with customers and team members.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your Supervisor or management.

  • Preferred: Minimum of two years' experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate instructions, memos, and correspondence effectively.
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpreting graphs.
  • Apply common sense to follow detailed instructions and solve straightforward problems.
  • Apprentice certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of kitchen tools and equipment, ability to identify products, recognize spoiled items, and read recipes.
  • Physical requirements: standing, handling, reaching, tasting, smelling, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and specific vision abilities.
  • Work environment may include exposure to noise and other elements.
