Qualifikationen

• Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles; valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance may be required.
• Must be able to obtain Food handler certification.

Aufgaben

• Checks daily objectives with Sous Chef and follows daily specials and preparation methods.
• Ensures all dishes are prepared and presented according to standard recipes and presentations.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and adheres to health codes.
• Performs banquet and kitchen line functions, including sautéing, production, plating and grilling.
• Maintains proper temperatures and food safety using required checklists and labeling systems.
