Dollywood Theme Park is seeking a Cook II to support food operations and guest service at the Dollywood site. This full-time seasonal role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced park kitchen.

The incumbent will follow recipes, maintain proper temps, labels, and portions, and help manage inventory while providing friendly guest assistance. ServSafe certification must be completed within 30 days of start date.

Qualifications

• Must be minimum 16 years of age.
• Previous cook experience preferred.
• Able to complete ServSafe Manager Certification within 30 days of start.
• Offers contingent upon satisfactory onboarding including background check.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of proper cooking temps and hold times with safety checklists.
• Act as quality inspector to ensure high food quality.
• Follow labeling, dating and FIFO practices and recipe portions.
• Prepare items per unit menu and ensure plate presentation is appealing.
• Assist guests with questions about park layout and menu items.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with safety and Start Fresh program.
