Bally's Interactive in Rock Island, IL seeks a kitchen team member to prepare and produce menu items to standard and maintain a clean, sanitary station. You will assist in food production across areas, ensure safety and compliance, and support promotions and events.

The role emphasizes quick, efficient service, adherence to cooking methods and times, and maintaining equipment in good condition in a busy, bright environment.

• Develops a Service Culture delivering superior guest service by all team members.
• Prepares and produces menu items to standards quickly and efficiently.
• Maintains a clean and organized kitchen.
• Assists in food production across work areas with proper cooking methods, times and temperatures.
• Maintains assigned station and equipment in clean/sanitary condition.
• Ensures safety and security of team members and guests.
• Follows regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of promotions and scheduled events.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Assists in food production in all work areas including proper cooking methods, proper cooking times and temperature.
• Maintains assigned station and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of team members and guests.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of promotions and scheduled events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Target Salary:
