Job summary

Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa on Del Monte Golf Course is seeking a Cook II to join our culinary team. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, following recipes and maintaining high standards of presentation.

We value teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Full-time positions with AM or PM shifts require dedication, reliability, and a willingness to learn from our senior chefs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Cook II or similar role experience.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
• Full-time availability to work any shift (AM/PM).
