Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Principal Duties/Essential Functions:

• Oversee production staff including Cooks and Prep Cooks, managing daily assignments
• Supervise service staff on storage, portioning, service standards, and menu handling
• Oversee support staff on sanitation, ware handling, storage, and rotation of goods
• Maintain stations and service areas according to standards
• Ensure accuracy of production schedules and usage reports
• Work with the Service Team to provide exceptional service

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Associate degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts (Preferred)
• At least 2 years of food preparation experience including hot and cold foods, catering, banquet, à la carte cooking, baking, and pastry (Required)
• Ability to taste and work with all ingredients (Required)
• Flexible hours, including extended shifts, based on departmental needs
