Dollywood DreamMore Resort & Spa in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a Cook I for a part-time year-round role. You will handle hot and cold food prep, saucier duties, and banquet cooking, while maintaining quality and safety standards within our Lead with Love culture.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of culinary experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain a Food Handler certificate. A culinary degree is preferred, with strong teamwork and attention to detail expected on every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• 2-3 years previous culinary experience required.
• Must be able to obtain Food handler certification.
• Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hot and cold food preparation, saucier, butchery and fabrication.
• Prepare dishes in line with standard recipes and presentations.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary culinary environment per health codes.
• Follow recipes and ensure proper portion control.
• Assist in directing kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations.
• Support safety and teamwork across shifts.
