Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all culinary activities including hot and cold food preparation, saucier, butchery and fabrication, ala carte hot line, banquet cooking, brick oven cooking.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health codes.
• Follow recipes and portion controls; assist in directing kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations.
