Responsibilities
  • Work independently in various kitchen positions, including pantry and banquet, adapting to business demands. Assist team members with mentorship, training, daily prep, and technique guidance.
  • Support the chef during specialty dinners and functions with minimal supervision.
  • Develop daily features and special menus aligned with the outlet's cuisine theme, with chef approval.
  • Assist with food requisitions and ordering in accordance with budget guidelines.
  • Lead and manage service in the chef's absence.

Compensation and Benefits

The targeted hourly rate for this full-time, year-round, non-exempt position is $20-$23, with a competitive benefits package offered by Auberge Resorts Collection.
