Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Cook for Spur at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Teton Village. You will work in our top-rated restaurant and join a seasonal and year-round team delivering modern mountain cuisine with seasonal, locally focused menus.

Starting at $27/hour dependent on experience, you will prepare appetizers, salads, and a la carte items, while assisting with banquet prep and mise en place.

Qualifications

• Prepare appetizers, salads, banquets, and à la carte items.
• Assist with mise en place and service for one station per shift.
• Work with Executive Chef to create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion menu items for service.
• Support banquet productions and large events as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station.

Requirements

• As a Cook, you will work alongside our Executive Chef to create memorable food experiences for our guests.
• You are responsible for preparing appetizers, salads, banquet items, a la carte items, etc….
• You are responsible for the mise en place set-up and service of one a la carte station per shift.
• You will assist with Banquet preparation and production.
• Salary based on experience.
