Job summary

A luxury resort in Jackson, Wyoming is seeking a Line Cook to join their team. In this role, you will prepare high-quality food influenced by seasonal ingredients and collaborate with innovative chefs. Responsibilities include preparing various dishes, maintaining inventory, and following food safety regulations. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure and is able to physically meet the demands of the job. • Work alongside our Executive Chef to create memorable food experiences.
• Prepare appetizers, salads, banquet items, and a la carte items.
• Assist with banquet preparation and production.
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment.
• Prepare food and present it appealingly.
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.

As a Line Cook, you are the heart of our resort, using your skills and expertise to delight our guests with your culinary creations. • Performs other duties as assigned by management
